Livestock and Business Centre (LBC) is a client service provider for Societies, Associations and Clubs across Australia.

The Centre is a not-for-profit organisation established to cater for the needs of Breed Societies, Associations and Clubs. The Centre is unique as it is owned by and operated to service these Societies, Associations and Clubs. We currently provide services to 12 organisations, conducting over 150,000 registrations and transfers for our Breed Societies in the past decade. The turnover through the centre and the clients is in excess of $1million per year.

The centre now provides a large range of services to our clients. We have the facilities and latest computer technology to ensure your organisation functions efficiently, and importantly, with a personal touch.

RANGE OF SERVICES OFFERED BY LBC

LBC offers the following standard range of services to all clients:
•    Records Administration
•    Membership Administration
•    Accounting Services
•    Meeting and General Administration
•    Awards Administration

RECORDS ADMINISTRATION

LBC provides all clients with an in-house computerised database system which has recently been upgraded. Each client has their own special needs and we aim to cater for all requests. The computerised database is tailored for each client's special requirements. The system allows flexibility and we can provide for our clients any combination of the following:
•    Registrations
•    Transfers
•    Member addition or amendments
•    Animal maintenance and ancestry capture
•    Awards Updating

Additional general administration services are also available these include:
•    Web site administration and development, including on-line registrations,
•    Various reports for memberships and animals listings,
•    Labels for mail outs,
•    Production of newsletters,
•    Assisting in legal advice,
•    Organising marketing items (brochures, stickers, other sellable items eg ties, badges, hats etc),
•    Storage of records,
•    Arranging production of printed stationery and award certificates,
•    Consultation with Government departments, including sourcing of grants,
•    Shareholder purchase option. Being a shareholder in LBC, your society has a director on the board and input to the decision-making processes.

We know you will find our pricing competitive and we are happy to provide as many or as few services as needed as we realise that not every organisation will need all of the services that we provide.
